Post-doctoral study
The Department of World Economy works with candidates for doctor’s degree. In 2004 another two candidates got the doctoral degrees: Sergey M. Kadochnikov with his thesis “Welfare Effects of Foreign Direct Investments: Microeconomic Analysis” and Alexander B. Kuritskiy with his thesis “Government Regulation of Informational Economy in Terms of Globalization”. In 2008 two candidates defended his doctoral thesis: Lukyanov Sergey with the thesis: "The barriers to entry and how to overcome them in a globalizing world economy." and Shliamin Valery"Shaping the foreign policies of Russia towards the Nordic countries (for example, the Russian-Finnish economic relations)."
In 2009 Elena G. Efimova defended her doctoral thesis: "Transport infrastructure in the Baltic Sea in international economic relations" |
